Submit to The ALAA Organizer

The ALAA Organizer is built by and for legal services workers. It's a space to share updates, lift up struggles, build solidarity, and sharpen our political analysis. Whether you're sounding the alarm about crisis conditions, celebrating a win, or offering a new way to think about our work—your voice belongs here.

We welcome submissions including:

• Reports from the shop floor

• Bargaining and campaign updates

• Op-eds and political analysis

• Interviews or profiles

• Satire, art, and creative writing

• Reflections and first-person stories

We especially encourage pieces that advance worker power, challenge the nonprofit industrial complex, or make connections across titles and organizations.

Word Count & Format

We recommend 500–1,200 words for most submissions, but we're flexible. If you have something shorter or longer in mind, feel free to reach out.
