ALAA Meeting Dates
Joint Council: The Joint Council (JC) is the highest authority in the union after the membership. JC meetings are open to all of membership and everyone is encouraged to attend. Voting and motion making is limited to delegates and officers of chapters as defined by the ALAA By-laws. Any member may speak on an agenda item.
Amalgamated Council: The Amalgamated Council (AC) is composed of UAW Constitutional Officers and Chapter Representatives as defined in the ALAA By-laws. These meetings are limited to the representatives as defined in the ALAA By-laws.
LASNYC Attorney Chapter Executive Board: The LASNYC Attorney Chapter Executive Board (EB) is composed of UAW Constitutional Officers from the LAS Attorney Unit and representational officers as defined by the LASNYC Attorney Chapter By-laws. These meetings are limited to the representatives as defined by the LASNYC Attorney Chapter By-laws.
LASNYC Attorney Chapter Officer and Delegate: The LASNYC Attorney Chapter Officer and Delegate meetings are open to all of membership within the LASNYC Attorney Chapter. Voting and motion making is limited to delegates and officers of the LASNYC Attorney Chapter representatives as defined by the LASNYC Attorney Chapter By-laws. Any member of this chapter may speak on an agenda item.
